Job Description:
Successful candidate will be responsible to achieve optimum sales results in assigned geography by managing retail/commercial accounts and effectively leading sales team, which may manage sales brokers. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, direct sales forcasing activities and set performance goals for this well-established food manufacturer.
Experience Required for Interview:
- Should have 10 to 15 years progressive sales, supervisory and trade marketing experience with a food manufacturer.
- Must have working knowledge of Spectra systems and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Should have ability to interpret a variety of technical information in mathematical and/or narrative form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Develop business plans to drive profitable volume while building permanent distribution on key designed products.
- Must have key account management experience and sold new business with Winn Dixie, Publix, Albertsons, Food Lion Kroger, Harris Teeter and more.
- Must be computer literate, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and have a passion for food.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary $110-120K plus 25 percent bonus potential
