Marketing Manager - Colorado- Retail/Foodservice

Bachelor's Degree required and MBA strongly preferred
Job Description:
Successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, execution and management of retail and foodservice marketing activities for this well-established meat manufacturer.
Experience Required for Interview:
- Must have a minimum of five to seven years successful retail/foodservice marketing experience in ground beef and portion-controlled steaks and the retail frozen food case segment with a meat manufacturer.
- Must possess an excellent working knowledge of the retail grocery industry and foodservice industry with its dynamics including manufacturers, brokers, distributors, operators and restaurant patrons.
- Must have experience leading projects with cross-functional teams involving new product launch, promotions, sales, supply chain, R&D, packaging and manufacturing.
- Should have experience with retail and foodservice industry market data sources such as IRA and Nielsen with strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Must be able to manage branded and private label products portfolios, including pricing, promotion, formulation, packaging, volume forecasting and product mix.
- Must know how to develop long-term business plans including volume forecasting, packaging upgrades, advertising, promotions, marketing research, sales support materials and new product activity.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary $85K to $100K plus bonus potential
