Job Description:
Successful candidate will be responsible for Culinary Research and Development, as well as selling, making culinary presentations and setting up food shows for this well-established food manufacturer.
Experience Required for Interview:
- Should have a minimum of five years successful Culinary R&D experience with a food manufacturer.
- Must have experience as a Corporate R&D chef developing new meat products for national restaurant chains.
- Must possess expert culinary skills and be able to develop unique culinary presentations for clients to assist with sales.
- Must have seasoning and marinating experience with red meat products both fresh and frozen, custom ground beef patties and portion-controlled steaks.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary $80K to $100K based on experience plus bonus potential
